About Tatum
Tatum Clarke has lived in the Bay Area for over 15 years. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and Communications, she moved to the Bay Area with her husband Sean, a peninsula native.
Tatum has many years of sales, negotiation, PR, and media experience which give her a significant edge in the real estate profession. She meets new people literally every day, so she always knows the right person to solve any problem or answer any question you may have.
Tatum is highly regarded by her real estate peers as deeply knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced. Tatum and Sean reside in Redwood City with their daughter Paige and son Cameron.

Joyce Romeo is a Bay Area native who brings over 20 years of business expertise in marketing, strategy and management to her real estate career.
She received her MBA from Santa Clara University and Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University, and has held project management and strategic planning positions with leading technology and consulting corporations.
Joyce is dedicated to getting every aspect of the job done behind the scenes and ensuring a smooth close of escrow. She is one of those gifted people who just knows how to make things happen, no matter what’s needed. Joyce and her husband Mike currently live in San Carlos with their three children Giovanni, Matteo, and Julianna.

The Builders
Nexgen Builders are premier builders, specializing in multi-family townhome developments on the peninsula and throughout the South Bay Area. The lead builder spearheading the Harrison Avenue project is Forrest Mozart, who has an excellent project history and is a skilled second-generation builder. The project coordinator is John McCann, who was able to finalize the construction budget and then assemble an incredible team of qualified individuals to see this project through from concept to completion. Jay Rojas is serving as the site superintendent on the Harrison Avenue development, bringing his own unique vision and attention to detail to drive this project each step of the way.
Since this project commenced in October 2019, Nexgen has experienced a few unique challenges. Harrison Avenue is located across from a public school in a bustling Redwood City neighborhood in the heart of Redwood City. The construction team is always doing their part to be respectful of the neighbors and not hinder any local traffic. Of course, COVID-19 has also presented some unexpected obstacles their team had to overcome, including making sure all work has been completed under strict San Mateo County health and safety restrictions. Through it all, the project remains on track to be finished in early 2021.
As part of the Harrison Avenue project, Nexgen was fortunate to work closely with one of their favorite designers, Hallie Mullen of Mullen & Bergstrom Design. Her great design sense and understanding of what today’s Bay Area homeowners are looking for have made this one of the most sought-after townhome projects in the area.

The Design
The design of Harrison Avenue and its marketing were inspired by modern style. The colors, fonts, and graphics are airy and inviting while the design features throughout the development are clean and contemporary. We always find blue to be a relaxing color, which is why we feature it in our marketing materials and on the actual buildings of Harrison Avenue. At the same time, we wanted to bring a unique abstract vibe that reflects the charm and distinctive appeal of this incredible new townhome community in the heart of vibrant Redwood City.
